Picking Flowers - Sketch N Scrap #104

Hello everyone! Happy first day of May! I cannot believe that it is May already! Seriously, time just keeps moving faster and faster. Maybe it has something to do with my oldest son graduating in 13 days! That does not seem possible!

May 1st also brings a very exciting time as Sketch N Scrap is celebrating their 4th birthday this month! We kick things off today with a brand new sketch for you!

I've had these photos of Ada since the end of last summer and didn't really know what to do with them! She's wearing purple and pink, she has a yellow flower, there is lots of brown and a little bit of green in the photos...I was at a loss for what papers to use and I really didn't want to turn the photos into black and white. Then I found this super cute paper pack from Close To My Heart called Kaleidoscope, and it was perfect! It had the purple, pink, yellow, and green - all in the right tones! The embellishments that came with this collection didn't really have anything in them to match my theme, so I punched out some flowers and finished it off with enamel dots. I love these pictures and I love this layout!

Check out the layouts from the other design team members over on the Sketch N Scrap blog. Stay tuned for a month of fun! We will be back Friday for a Flashback Friday challenge, and then again on Saturday for National Scrapbook Day!

Thanks so much for stopping by and I will be back soon with another project to share with you today!
