I have another holiday card to share with you today! For some reason I have really been in the mood to make Christmas cards, so you'll being seeing quite a few of them in the months to come! When I saw the sketch this week at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. Here's a look at their sketch:
I used the 6x6 "A Very Merry Christmas" paper pad from The Paper Studio for this card. I love the snowflakes on the light grey background with a little pop of red. The snowflake is from "Snowflakes A Plenty" from Inkadinkado, and the sentiment is another never before used Studio G $1 stamp.
I'm really trying to keep my cards a little on the flatter side for mailing. It's hard sometimes to not add a little gem or enamel dot to help finish it off!
Be sure to check out 52 Christmas Card Throwdown. They have a fun new challenge posted every Saturday!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

THIS IS GORGEOUS!!! So pretty, crisp and simple. I love Inkadinkado stamps, have a few from before I started with CTMH. They have great quality and their images always rock IMHO. A very, very pretty card. Love it! TYFS!
ReplyDeleteReally lovely in red and grey, snowflakes always look so pretty.
ReplyDeleteLovely take on the sketch! I think the snowflake paper is so pretty. The grey and red is a super colour combination too. Thanks so much for playing along with 52CCT this week! Deborah, DT.
