The Studio Challenge - Fussy Cutting

Hello, everyone! Good Sunday morning to you. I hope you are having a good weekend. My oldest son is home for spring break this week and I am looking forward to getting to spend some time with him.

It's time for a new challenge at The Studio Challenge blog and this week we want you to do some fussy cutting! How much - or how little - is up to you. Just pull out the scissors and get to cutting!

When I first started scrapping I did a lot of paper piecing so I actually really enjoy fussy cutting. Here is what I came up with for this challenge:

It might be a little hard to tell what I actually fussy cut on this layout - but I did fussy cut the unicorn and the butterfly from a piece of pattern paper. I also printed off the word - wonderful - for my title and fussy cut around it, too.

Here are a couple of close-ups:

I used papers from Elle's Studio and from Simple Stories on this layout. I made a mistake when I stamped my date the first time so I added a phrase sticker and tried it again!

Head on over to The Studio Challenges blog to see the wonderful layouts from the rest of the design team. I would love it if you played along with us!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today! I will be back later with another project to share with you.
